Meteorologist
Molly has wanted to do broadcast meteorology since she was young after witnessing a snowstorm bury her home in two feet of snow. She spent her four years at Western Illinois University earning a bachelors in meteorology with a minor in broadcasting.
While at WIU she spent two years finding her passion for weather with the campus TV station WIU NEWS3 as the weather anchor. There she anchored for the afternoon shows and morning shows and it was there that she found her place as a weather anchor and solidified her decision to go into broadcasting.
Before coming to WMBD/WYZZ she spent time in Decatur at WAND17 as the weekend meteorologist. There she found her true passion for morning shows, which eventually lead her to WMBD/WYZZ to join WMBD This Morning and Good Day Central Illinois as the morning meteorologist.
