Senior Producer
Morgan McHugh is a dedicated journalist with little filter. If she were to write a memoir it would be called “Open Book: Watch Out.”
She graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in Journalism and Philosophy in 2010. Since then she has worked as a reporter in Stanford, Connecticut, radio personality and producer in Helena, Montana, news producer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and finally here in Peoria.
Currently she is the senior producer during the week at WMBD News and a nursing student at Illinois Community College.
She enjoys fishing with her family, watching “Call The Midwife,” and a nice bottle of Pinot Noir.
