Peoria, ILL. (WMBD) — Temperatures are starting to fall by the end of the weekend with near average temps by next week.
Tonight: Mild and some clouds
Skies will be clear to partly cloudy overnight with lows in the upper 60s. Winds will be from the east at less than 10mph.

Sunday: Sunny and not as hot
While the temperatures are slightly lower reaching the low 90s, the UV index will be very high through the afternoon. Overnight lows will fall to the low 60s.

Looking Ahead: Cooler temps moving in
Temperatures will remain steady in the low to mid 90s through the rest of the weekend.
We’re expecting a pattern change for the second week of June, which could send temperatures near to below average. Precipitation chances look slim next week. The CPC (Climate Prediction Center) is showing a pattern change in their 8-14 Day Outlook. Temperatures and precipitation will return to near average levels.
