PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria Chiefs held fan appreciation night Friday for their last home game of the season at Dozer park.

They were giving out Cardinals tickets at the door and Everyone who attended the night had a chance to win one of over 75 potential prizes including gift cards, a Nintendo Switch, a Xbox or a TV.

Fan appreciation night is one of many theme nights the Chiefs held this season. Other nights included Taco Tuesday, Harry Potter night and Super Splash day. Peoria Chiefs fan Jeff Jacob said the thing he enjoys most about the games is the community.

“It’s one of the things you can do in Peoria that is more community oriented going to Riverman games, Chief games, and Bradly games things like that. So it’s a good time,” Said Jacob.

The Chiefs will continue holding theme nights next year.
