PEORIA, Ill. — The iconic rock band ZZ Top is set to play in the River City this fall.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band will perform at 7 p.m. Nov. 3 in the Peoria Civic Center Theater.
The group is known for their mix of blues rock, boogie rock, hard rock, and Southern rock. Their latest album, “Futura,” was released in 2012, marking their fifteenth album in total. Those albums have received high honors from the RIAA – including four gold, three platinum, four multi-platinum, and one diamond album statuses.
The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, ranging from $39.95 to $159.95. They can be purchased on www.ticketmaster.com or at the Toyota Box Office.
