Chocolate Brownies

All you need:

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin

All you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix cake mix and pumpkin together. Spread batter into muffin tins or in 9x13 pan.
  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes (depending on muffins or pan) or until toothpick comes out clean!

Strawberry Sherbet

 All you need:

  • 1 pound strawberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup honey

 All you do:

  1. Put strawberries and honey into food process and process until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture into bottom of dish and freeze for 4 hours.

Flatbread

 All you need:

  • 1 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (recipe also works with gluten free flour or self-rising flour)

 All you do:

  1. Mix yogurt and whole wheat flour until dough forms a ball.
  2. Flour surface and divide ball into 4 pieces.
  3. Roll out dough, 1 piece at a time into flat circle, flouring when necessary.
  4. Heat pan over medium and spray with cooking spray or canola oil.
  5. Toast dough until sides are golden brown.
