​Chicken Parmesan 

All you need:

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup whole wheat Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Gustare pasta sause
  • 3 eggs

(Oil for cooking in a pan)

Optional: shredded mozzarella cheese

All you do:

1. Wisk eggs in a bowl until well combined. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

2. Dip chicken breast into eggs, then toss in bread crumbs until well covered

3. Pan fry with a little canola oil in the bottom over medium heat, turning chicken until bread crumbs turn golden brown. If you cook over high heat, the bread crumbs will burn and you will not cook the chicken all the way through. 

4. Place chicken breasts into a baking dish and cover each with 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Sprinkle with a little parmesan or mozzarellas if desired. 

5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked all the way through.

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

All you need:

  • ​1 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup low sugar BBQ sauce
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cut in half (longways)

All you do:


1. Place sweet potatoes in pan cut side up and bake at 450 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the middle is soft.

2. While potatoes are cooking, heat chicken and BBQ sauce over the stove on low heat (just to heat up the chicken for serving).

3. Remove potatoes from oven and fluff with a fork. Top with heated BBQ chicken and serve!

Mexican Skillet

All you need:

  • ​1 pound 99% fat-free turkey
  • 1 packet Mrs. Dash taco seasoning​
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 3 eggs

All you do:


1. Brown turkey in a skillet. Once browned, add seasoning packet and 3/4 cup water. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Turn heat to medium. Add salsa and simmer for 3 minutes.

3. Crack 3 eggs into the pan and cover with a lid. Allow eggs to cook for 4-5 minutes until eggs have turned white. (You can leave the yolks runny or cook for 8-9 minutes to make sure yolks are fully cooked.)
