Easy Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Macaroni
Serves 8

All you need:

  • Whole wheat macaroni noodles
  • 8oz 1% milk
  • 1 ½ cups 2% Cheese
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 chopped chicken breast
  • Dash of salt and pepper

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray chicken breast with cooking spray and sprinkle with favorite no salt seasonings (Mrs. Dash varieties). Cook for 30 minutes or until internal chicken temperature is 165 degrees F.
  2. Bring pot of water to boil over stove. Cook macaroni noodles according to package. Drain water and return cooked noodles to pot. Add cheese and milk and mix until creamy.
  3. Add in chopped broccoli and chicken breast. Cook over low heat until mixtures is warm!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves 6

All you need:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup chocolate chip

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mash bananas in bowl. Mix in 1 cup oats until well combined.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Optional: Other ingredients that can be used include coconut, raisins, peanut butter, almonds, or walnuts.

Burrito Bowl
Serves 6

All you need:

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can salsa
  • 3 cups rice
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Sprinkle of cheese if desired

All you do:

  1. Cook rice according to package.
  2. Drain and rinse corn and black beans then mix in large bowl.
  3. Add cooked rice to corn and black beans.
  4. Place 2 cups romaine lettuce on plate and top with corn mixture. Drizzle with salsa and sprinkle with a little cheese if desired.
