Combatting the effects of Spring allergies

After a long Central Illinois Winter, many of us are happy to see Spring. But some suffer during this time. 

Seasonal allergies affect about 36 million Americans and they can take a toll on your mood. 

According to researchers, allergy sufferers have a 50% higher chance of having depression. Your allergies can make you feel sad, lethargic, and fatigued.

You medication may not help.Side effects of some allergy medications are irregular sleep patterns and irritability. If you’re feeling some of these symptoms, consider changing your medications or seeing an allergist.
