What you eat for breakfast could determine how healthy you are.

Eating eggs for breakfast can have several health benefits, according to HealthLine.

Eggs are packed with nutrients. They contain vitamins A and B, phosphorus and several others. They are also full of protein.

Just one egg has nearly 15 percent of your recommended intake.

Eating enough protein can help with weight loss, increasing muscle mass and lowering blood pressure.

Eggs also raise your HDL, also known as “good” cholesterol. People with high HDL have lower risk of heart disease, stroke and various heath problems.
