This is according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 148 stations. Gas prices in Peoria are 32.3 cents per gallon lower than a month ago, and stand 15.9 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
The cheapest station in Peoria is priced at $2.39/g Monday, while the most expensive is $2.99/g, a difference of 60 cents per gallon. The cheapest price in the entire country stands at $1.81/g while the most expensive is $5.09/g, a difference of $3.28/g, GasBuddy reports.
The national average price of gasoline has fallen 3.5 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.60/g. The national average is down 17.0 cents per gallon from a month ago, yet stands 22.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
