“Teams will be promoted and relegated based on their teams win/loss percentage and if there is a tie then that tie will be broken first by point differential, and if that doesn’t then there will be a game played to decide the team. The 2 teams selected from the Association Division must be the top team in their region and then it will be decided based on the team’s point differential.”

“The PCC is to refer to the top 3 divisions. In the PCC the top 2 teams in each division will play each other in a championship game.”

“There are 30 games a season. 15 home 15 away. The home team is responsible from the playing surface, umpires, and playing equipment. The League will schedule games for the PCC teams and all teams are to play games in their division and teams in the association can only play teams in their region. No one can have an interest in more than one team at a time.”

To start a team you need a field, minimum of 8 players, numbered shirts, an umpire, and a device that can record video.
