SPRINGFIELD (NEXSTAR) — President Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan will help people all over the country deal with their student loan debt. But Dr. Kenneth Kriz, a professor of Public Administration at UIS, said there needs to be additional steps to prevent more people falling into the same debt traps.
