How Often Do You Brush Your Pet’s Teeth?

Living Well

How often do you brush your dog’s or cat’s teeth? If your answer is, “Never,” it’s my hope that you reconsider. It is really important to take care of their teeth because their condition affects your pet’s overall health. To help promote awareness, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) has made February National Pet Dental Health Month. Get tips to help you better care for your pet’s teeth from AVMA and our own Kitty Yanko.

Our thanks to Michael San Filippo and the American Veterinary Medical Association for allowing us to use their video that does an amazing job of explaining the importance of this topic.

Today, we featured a 10 year old, black Tiger Domestic Shorthair cat. If you would like to make him a member of your family, his ID# is A231419. Just contact PCAPS at (309) 672-2440.
