The Greater Peoria Chapter Of Jack And Jill, Inc. Is Working Hard To Make A Positive Difference

They are creating the change they want to see

PEORIA, IL - Leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty...those core values embody the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. It was founded in 1938 by Marion Stubbs Thomas, and it remains a pillar in the African American community. In fact, through the St. Louis, Missouri Chapter of Jack & Jill,Inc., I met one of the people who inspired me to become a journalist, legendary columnist George Curry. Here in the River City, it is strongly supported by Dr. Christa Spates and the team at Just Kidz Dentistry. Joining me now with more about it is Dr. Spates' son, Cameron Bell, Teen President of the Greater Peoria Chapter of Jack and Jill, Inc. and Moriah Arbuckle, Community Service Chair for the organization.
