Victims in triple homicide identified; child's condition upgraded

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - UPDATE Tuesday, June 19th 5:30pm

We now know the names of the three men killed in a shooting in Bloomington Monday afternoon.

Officers were called to an apartment complex at 311 Riley Drive on reports of the shooting.

22-year-old Corey Jackson, 22-year-old Nathaniel Pena, and 33-year-old Juan Perez-Macedo died in the shooting. Preliminary autopsy results show the three died of gunshot wounds. 

A 4-year-old boy was also shot; he was flown to a hospital in Peoria in critical condition and is now in stable condition, according to family members. 

No arrests have been made.

Bloomington Police confirm in a Facebook post three men died at the scene of a Monday afternoon shooting. 

Officers were called to 311 Riley Drive on reports of a subject shot. 

When they arrived they found the men dead and a 4-year-old baby shot. 

He was life-flighted to Peoria in critical condition. 

Police are not releasing the victims' names at this point. 

Officers say no arrests have been made. 

Several neighbors in the area say many people are fully aware of who the suspect is and believe the person will be put in custody soon.

Three people are dead and one person was sent to the hospital after a shooting in the 300 block of Riley Drive in Bloomington.

Bloomington Police responded to the area of 311 Riley Drive at 2:45 p.m. for a report of multiple gunshots.

Police have established a perimeter on Riley Drive between Mecherle and Bradley Drive. So far, police do not have any suspects nor think who the suspect could be.
