Local mother’s are coming together to promote clean air and energy in Illinois. Leaders of Moms Clean Air Force Illinois, along with local leaders are discussing the need for swift action to promote a healthier environment in the state.
Parents of children with severe health issues, such as asthma, are highlighting proposals to local lawmakers to improve air quality. Organizers say an estimated 13% of children in Illinois have asthma.
