Bloomington police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Clayton for an animal attack around midnight Friday morning.

The dog has not yet been located. It was described as a German Shepard, with no tags or collar and dirty, matted fur.

Officials are currently looking for the dog and it’s owner. They believe the dog may live a few blocks east of Downtown. If the dog is spotted, officials say do not approach it.
