BLOOMINGTON, Ill., –The Bloomington Police Department is searching for a suspect in a June 25 criminal sexual abuse incident.
Video footage show from 11:40 a.m. until 12:35 p.m., a male subject was in the Front/Center and Front/Madison in downtown Bloomington.
At 12:15 p.m., police said the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted an underage victim.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his late 20’s or early 30s’s, with facial hair on his chin. The subject was seen wearing a red lanyard around his neck.
The BPD is asking if anyone has information on the identify of the suspect to contact detective Fanelli at (309) 828-1111.
