EAST PEORIA, Ill.– The Lightened Clydesdale float will be accompanied by real horses during the 35th annual Festival of Lights parade in November.
The City of East Peoria said Clydesdale will be making an appearance for the first time in 15 years. Parade attendees can look forward to 10 horses and the famous red, white and gold beer wagon.
A dalmatian mascot and roughly 30 lighted floats will also be joining the parade.
The parade will begin at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 16. It will begin at the intersection of East Washington Street and Dolans Lane, near the Auto Zone location.
