Kids in Bloomington are experiencing the fun of summer camp this week. One of the largest Christian athletic camps in the nation brought tons of activities and games to the twin cities.
The annual event allows children to come out and do things they have never done before all while having a good time. The staff say it is a great opportunity for campers to play and learn the joy of friendship.
“We bring a bunch of high octane activities like ziplines, rock walls, waterslides, euro-bungee trampolines so that these kids can try somethings they have never tried before,” said Brent Potter, Assistant Director of the camp. “We do all that and try to incorporate our values of fun, faith and family into the week.”
Applications for next year begin after the new year in January.
