Democratic Candidate for the 13th Congressional District, Betsy Dirksen-Londrigan was in Bloomington rallying voters on Monday night.

It was part of her last campaign tour but she says, aside from politics, its important for her to visit the cities in her district to see the people she may represent, face to face.

She was accompanied by Democratic candidates, Nikita Richards (McLean County Clerk), Jill Blair (88th District) and Ben Webb (105th Distrcit). These three, like Dirksen-Londrigan are facing incumbents but they say, still, they have a good feeling about the election.

“We feel very confident,” said Blair. “It’s all going to be about voter turnout, and we expect turnout to be through the roof if early voting is any indication. We are just going to keep working for the next 26 hours and make sure that everyone gets out to vote and we will celebrate tomorrow night.”

Election day is November 6th, candidates from each race are urging you to get to the polls and cast your vote.
