PEORIA - A new arcade is getting ready for its opening day.
Round One Bowling & Entertainment will open its doors to the public November 18. It's taking over one floor of the former Macy's store at Northwoods Mall in Peoria.
Round One will feature 300 arcade games, with new games coming out every few months. It will also have bowling, billiards, and other types of fun.
The renovation project cost about $16 Million.
"It brings more people to the mall," says Bob Schertz, Marketing Director at Northwoods Mall. "Number 1: the traffic that it brings here will be great. The mall is doing extremely well and this just adds to it. This just completes the shopping experience for somebody."
This is the 19th location to open in the U.S. It will be open from 10:00 A.M.-2:00 A.M. daily.
