SPRING VALLEY, Ill. - The autopsy results for 16 year-old Diamond Bradley have been released.
According to the results, Diamond's death was caused by multiple stab wounds. She was reported missing on January 24. Her body was found four days later in a ditch in rural Putnam County.
Bradley's death is being investigated as a homicide.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is looking for anyone who was in the area of the Casey's General Store or Shell gas station in Spring Valley on January 24, between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.
