Local companies are working together to give free legal advice.

The Twin Cities legal advice fair occurs twice a year. It’s meant for people whose annual income is 200% of the federal poverty level. Volunteer attorneys and paralegals from multiple entities will provide free advice on civil matters like child support, evictions and immigration at the fair.

“What’s most important are the individual lawyers who come in and take the opportunity with people who are seeking those services, to get people to understand that they’re not alone,” said Matt Drat, Mid Central Community Action.

The fair will be this Saturday at the Mid Central Community Action Center from 9A.M.-11:30A.M.
