MACKINAW, Ill. — The Mackinaw Valley Vineyard held a fundraiser for The Heller Center at OSF Children’s Hospital.
They hosted a drum circle, fire twirlers, the Jesse White tumbling team, and ended the night with a concert from Coco Loco.
The event raised money for The Heller Center which supports patients and families during their cancer treatment, and after.
“If your family has not been affected by cancer, mine has, but if you haven’t been through that experience, it’s a very life changing thing. And it’s not just life changing while you’re in treatment,” said Diana Hahn, the owner of Mackinaw Valley Vineyard.
The money raised Friday will held fund children’s programs.
