Man accused of threatening school released on bond

The Marshall County man accused of making threats toward the Midland School District is out on bond.

David Oser of rural Varna was arrested last week on preliminary charges of threatening a school. Oser reportedly called the Midland High School principal and threatened to “kill them all.” 

Oser posted bond Tuesday and is due back in court March 26.
