Missing boy has been found, Woodford Co. Sheriff says

WOODFORD COUNTY, Ill. — The Woodford County Sheriff’s Office said the previously-reported missing 12-year-old boy has been located and returned home safe.

Chief Deputy Dennis Tipsword Jr. said Trent Guth of from Germantown Hills was last seen Monday at 7:30 p.m.  He left his house on a green BMX bike. Police had said they did not know where he was going.

At the time he had a black The North Face backpack.

Tipsword thanked the community for their help.
