New ICC, PPS partnership to allow Peoria high schoolers to earn diploma, associate’s degree

A new opportunity is in the works for the Peoria Public Schools graduating class of 2021.

If you so choose, you’ll be able to graduate with your high school diploma and an associate’s degree.

The new partnership through Illinois Central College will allow students who qualify to take part in the D2 program.

The program begins in the fall of 2019 and applications will be open to current sophomores. 

Parents of Peoria Public School high schoolers interested in the program can learn more at the informational meetings listed below:

5 p.m.  Jan 16 at the Manual Academy auditorium

6:30 p.m. Jan 16 at the Peoria High School library

5 p.m. Jan 17 at the Richwoods High School auditorium
