PEORIA, Ill. – Residents at 801 Northeast Glen Oak Avenue are being asked to leave the building by mid-summer.

The building is owned by OSF Saint Francis Inc.

OSF HealthCare has acquired two other properties in Peoria in an effort to relocate its Ministry Headquarters to downtown.

A statement from OSF HealthCare says:

“As OSF HealthCare considers potential plans for the campus of OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, some buildings along NE Glen Oak Avenue and East Armstrong Avenue could be affected… We hope for this transition to be as smooth as possible for the 19 tenants who remain. OSF HealthCare looks forward to continuing to invest in the future development of our east bluff campus for the benefit of all throughout central Illinois.”
