A Peoria man was arraigned Tuesday after allegedly supplying drugs to a man who later died of an apparent overdose.

31-year-old Jason Matlick had previously been charged with drug-induced homicide.

On Tuesday, a Peoria County grand jury added the additional count of delivery of heroin.

If convicted, he faces up to 30 years behind bars.

Matlick remains behind bars on a $200,000 dollar bond.
