Peoria man found guilty of home invasion; several battery charges

PEORIA, Ill.–A Peoria man is convicted for home invasion, aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery, and domestic battery.

28-year-old Pervic T. Faulkner was found guilty after breaking into Breanna Baker’s home on April 24, 2016 and hitting her in the head with his fists.

The home was located on the 1500 block of N. Pierson Ave. in West Peoria.

Faulkner’s bond was revoked after he was found guilty. He will be sentenced on October 4 at 10:30 a.m. in a Peoria County courtroom.

Originally, he was charged with attempted murder, but that has since been removed from his charges.
