An early morning building explosion in Peoria leaves behind $75,000 in damages. 

First responders arrived at the vacant one story building on Antoinette around 1:15 a.m. 

At the time of the blaze, crews were able to gain control in just 15 minutes, but video from Saturday morning shows what’s left behind. 

A demolition crew was called in to remove debris and Ameren gas was also on the scene. 

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

The cause remains under investigation.
