BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — Students planning to attend Illinois Wesleyan University in the fall will have new options when it comes to minors.

Currently, students can choose from the more than 80 majors and minors available through the university.

Starting next year students can choose from six new minors, actuarial science, film studies, French & Francophone studies, Italian studies, religious diversity and statistics.

IWU leaders say they are excited to be able to cater to the students who are interested in the new options.

They hope these new concentrations will entice more kids to apply.
