State Farm stops in-office work, agents to work from home

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — State Farm employees will transition to assisting customers from there home.

The company announced Wednesday that it has ceased in-office work in all State Farm facilities across the country. Though employees will be working from home, they will still assist customers via phone or email.

During this temporary transition, State Farm said customers may experience increase hold times.
