OTTAWA – Another round of storms is taking aim at Central Illinois.
This is taking place one week after tornados ripped through Washburn, Naplate, and Ottawa.
LaSalle County is continuing cleanup, as tarps and boards cover holes left by the EF-3 tornado.
People we spoke with say they are afraid the temporary measures won’t hold up in a typical thunderstorm.
South Ottawa resident told us, “We’ve got tarp on the roof… I guess we’ll have to board up the windows, but no we aren’t ready. Not emotionally or materially.”
