EUREKA, Ill. - The man accused of killing a young girl in Washington in 1986 is no longer in Central Illinois.
An employee at the Woodford County Jail says Robert Washburn was extradited Wednesday morning. He's being taken back to Washington state, but there's no word on when or how he'll arrive there.
Earlier this month, Washburn was arrested at his Eureka apartment in connection to the 1986 death of Jennifer Bastian in Tacoma, Washington.
