The Peoria Riverfront Museum hosted the second annual Winter Riverfront Market. The indoor market featured live music and vendors selling popcorn, art and handmade items on multiple floors.

These vendors are usually selling their items during summer time but were able to do so in the winter thanks to this event.

“We just wanted to kind of expand that and bring some of our customers and our vendors down in the winter time so we decided to offer Winter Market. We find that people are really ready to get out and see some of the vendors that they miss from the summer time,” said Sharon Gramm, Director of Peoria Riverfront Association.

Gramm also added that the turnout was great despite the bad weather conditions.
