The woman who died in a house fire over the weekend has been identified

BELLFLOWER, Ill. — We now know the name of the woman killed in a bellflower fire.

The McLean County coroner says 45-year old, Angela Zimmerman, likely died of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Early Sunday morning, A county deputy saw the home on fire and alerted area crews.

When crews arrived to the 400 block of 1st street, they put out the flames and found Zimmerman’s body.

At this point, they are still trying to figure out what caused the fire.
