WASHINGTON, Ill. — Washington community leaders signed off on a new business that will be coming to Washington.
After a long four-month process, Tres Rojas Winery was officially given the okay to begin construction on their newly acquired property.
The winery will produce its own wine for people to enjoy on their patio and tasting area. The owners are hoping to one day have it become a wedding venue.
“We are beyond thankful Washington was able to really see our vision and picture what that could mean for the growth of our business and what that could mean for communities,” said Lisa Barry, Winery Co-Owner.
Both Lisa and her husband Bob say they are hoping to have their doors open by next spring.
