Two people paid off students’ lunch debt

GLASFORD, Ill.– Two individuals paid off negative balances for students in Illini Bluffs School District #327.

Illini Bluffs’ Superintendent Dr. Roger Alvey sent a message to parents and guardians lunch balances for some students in elementary and middle school will start the new year with a clean slate. The two donors wished to remain anonymous.

Alvey said he hopes their holiday generosity will inspire others.
