UPDATE: Police Make Arrest in Overnight Shooting at Club Envy

UPDATE: Peoria Police make 2 arrests in connection with an overnight shooting at Club Envy. Peoria Police arrested 29-year-old Michael Brown for attempted murder and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. They also arrested 35-year-old Douglas Sallie for Mob Action and Battery.

We’re learning more information about another overnight shooting in Peoria.

It happened at 2:45 Friday morning at Club Envy on Jefferson.

Police say one man was shot in the head and the victim was found inside the club on the dance floor.

There is no word on his condition.

There is no suspect information at this time.

Meanwhile, Peoria police are investigating another deadly overnight shooting. It happened on the 800 block of Thrush just after 11 p.m. Thursday.

The Peoria County Coroner has identified the man as 24 year-old Raheem D. Wilson of Peoria.

He was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead. The Coroner says it is unclear how many times Wilson was shot. An autopsy was scheduled for Friday.

It’s not clear if the shootings are connected.
