NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A grand jury has indicted Waffle House mass shooting suspect Travis Reinking on 4 counts of Premeditated First Degree Murder.
In all Reinking faces 17 felony charges, which also include 4 counts of Attempted First Degree Murder.
Reinking is accused of opening fire at an Antioch Waffle House on a Sunday, April 22, killing four people and injuring four others.
He was on the run for 30 hours but was captured in woods near Hobson Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard.
Reinking was found competent to stand trial on October 30 by the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute in Nashville where he received treatment last year.
