PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Gov. Pritzker joined lawmakers and community advocates in Peoria to highlight HB 3653, a monumental criminal justice and police reform bill on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
The press conference took place at the Proctor Recreation Center, 309 South DuSable Street.
