Wisconsin girl missing since parents killed in October found alive, suspect in custody

BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WFLA) – A girl missing in Wisconsin since October after her parents were killed has been found alive, according to the Barron County Sheriff’s Office.

Jayme Closs, 13, was located on Thursday.

In October, deputies found the bodies of Jayme’s parents, who were later identified by the sheriff’s department as 56-year-old James Closs and his 46-year-old wife, Denise Closs. 

Shortly after, an AMBER Alert was issued for Jayme.

The sheriff’s office said a suspect was taken into custody in regards to the case, but no further details regarding the active investigation were given.
