PEORIA, Ill. — AJ Youngman knows what it’s like to play on multiple teams.
He promises this is his last one.
Youngman signed a National Letter of Intent with Idaho on Wednesday night. He will have two years of basketball eligibility remaining.
Youngman, who played on three high school teams in two states, started his college career at Eastern Kentucky. Played one season and left after a coaching change.
The 6-5 shooting guard had back surgery in November of 2017 and played last season at Otero Community College (Colo).
“I’ve obviously been through this signing process before. I thought I was going to be (at EKU) all four years,” Youngman said. “Like I said, things change, but this is definitely the place where I’m finishing my career.”
