MINONK, Ill. — They may play small school football but there isn’t anything tiny about the Fieldcrest Knights line.
And with four of five starters back on the line, the Knights feel like they are in good shape for the 2019 season.
“I appreciate them so much, I hope they know that . As a running back, when you see how big these guys are and how well they do their job,” said senior Kenton Castrejon. “They are big, they are fast, they all work so hard to do their job.”
The job begins Friday. Fieldcrest, a team that boasts 32 upperclassmen returning from a 5-5 team, opens the season at Reed Custer.
