Boot Camp: New Coach, New Life at Central Catholic

High School Football

Bloomington, Ill. — Central Catholic finished the 2018 football season with 0 wins and only 22 players on varsity.

The Saints made a coaching change replacing Joe Walters with Kevin Braught, the former Normal West offensive coordinator. Braught, a 1996 Central Catholic grad, is hoping to turn things around.

He already has a victory in numbers. The Saints have twice as many varsity players as last year with 45 on the preseason roster.
