Panthers, Potters Girls Hoops Help Raise Money For St. Jude

The Washington and Morton girls basketball teams played a key role in this years Backyard Talent Show, an event to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

In recent weeks, Morton raised money by helping serve food at a local restaurant and held a lemonade stand. Meanwhile, Washington held a car wash to help raise money.

With the help of the two teams, this years Talent Show raised just under $18,000. In the 12 years of the event, the Backyard Talent Show has raised just under $180,000 for the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
