Video game design contest for high school students at Bradley University

WMBD This Morning

PEORIA Ill.-Open to all central Illinois high school students, including homeschoolers, the yearlong competition challenges students to dream and design games.

As mentors, Bradley students will spend three hours each week assisting teams who are competing for a $1,000 prize. The interactions will help high schoolers explore storytelling, art and music, as well as coding aspects of the projects.

The Peoria Public Schools Foundation and Illinois Math Academy are partnering with Bradley for the competition.
